Second generation students graduate!


Graduation of second cycle EuMAS students took place in Madrid, July 14, 2008.

 

After a 2-year, intense stay in Europe, second-cycle EuMAS students graduated in Madrid on July 14. The 28 students - from Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Colombia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mexico, Nepal, Thailand and Vietnam - attended the first year at the Technische Universität München, Germany, and the second year at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Aeronáuticos, Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Spain. In spring 2008, they spread in various countries across Europe to carry out their final project work in aerospace companies, research laboratories or international agencies.

The graduation ceremony, introduced by Prof. Javier Uceda Antolín, Rector of UPM, took place in the Paraninfo Hall of the UPM Rectorate.
